The original execution lacked cohesion and didn’t align with the price point the home was targeting. Through thoughtful updates, refined material choices, and a more intentional overall aesthetic, we repositioned the home to better reflect its value.

After sitting on the market for months, the home went under contract within a week of relaunch.
